My Story
I was born and raised in Atlanta — second oldest of five, first-generation college graduate, and the first entrepreneur my parents produced. I started with nothing and built something, one kitchen at a time.
My path into food was not planned. After having my first child I needed work and took a job as a dishwasher at the Kroger Bistro in Buckhead. A chef noticed my potential and handed me vegetables to prep. Something clicked the moment that knife was in my hand. I became a line cook, fell completely in love with the craft, and never looked back.
I went on to graduate from Le Cordon Bleu in Atlanta in 2012 with a degree in Culinary Arts. From there I built a career across restaurants, country clubs, catering, and private households — each environment sharpening a standard I have never been willing to lower.
I have served executives, millionaires, and private households across Metro Atlanta, such as Ted Turner, Creflo Dollar and others under non-disclosure agreements I uphold without exception.
Every engagement, regardless of scale, has been handled with the same commitment — precision, discretion, and food that speaks for itself.

Beyond the Kitchen
Nichole is the published author of 30 Meat-less Recipes for Kids — a work rooted in the same conviction that drives everything she does: that people at every age and every stage of life deserve access to food that is both nourishing and genuinely delicious. In July 2022 she was featured as a guest chef on CBS 46 Atlanta's Wake Up Atlanta — a natural extension of a career built on the belief that great food is worth talking about.
Outside of her culinary practice Nichole is passionate about philanthropy — specifically about showing up as a visible example for young women who are building something from the ground up in difficult circumstances. She does not wear this as a title. She lives it. She knows personally what it costs to start from nothing. She knows what it means when someone extends belief in you before you have fully found it in yourself. That experience quietly informs everything — how she treats her clients, how she runs her business, and how seriously she takes every opportunity placed in front of her.

That is not a backstory. That is a work ethic.
