All meal prep plans are currently delivery and in home prep. Service day are two times per week. Clients generally need to have open availability as we do our best to accomodate preferred scheduling.
Clients who prefer delivery only will have weekly grocery cost built into weekly service fees. Weekly grocery cost change weekly.

All retainer plans are weekly investments. Grocery costs are separate and coordinated through your household budget — we handle the sourcing, you control the spend.
