Cancellation Policy
Dig’N Culinary – Booking & Cancellation Policy Service Structure Dig’N Culinary provides customized, chef-prepared meal services tailored to each client. Services include a dedicated service fee, with groceries billed separately after service is completed. Booking & Service Fee The service fee is due in full at the time of booking to secure your service date. This fee covers menu planning, scheduling, sourcing preparation, and reserved service time. Once booked, your service window is reserved exclusively and removed from availability. Grocery Costs Groceries and specialty ingredients are sourced specifically for each client and are billed separately following service. Consultation Requirement All clients are required to complete a consultation after booking to finalize menu preferences, dietary needs, and service details. Timely completion of this step is required to ensure your service proceeds as scheduled. Cancellations & Refunds Due to the customized nature of services and reserved time, the following policy applies: Cancellations made 72 hours or more in advance are eligible for a 50% refund of the service fee. Cancellations made within 24–72 hours may receive a partial refund at Dig’N Culinary’s discretion. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service are non-refundable. If grocery sourcing has begun at the time of cancellation, the client remains responsible for the cost of all purchased items. Rescheduling Rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours in advance and are subject to availability. Requests made within 72 hours may not be accommodated and may be treated as a cancellation. No-Shows & Missed Appointments Failure to be available for your scheduled service or consultation will result in forfeiture of the service fee and may require a new booking to proceed. Ongoing / Weekly Services For recurring clients, a minimum of 72 hours’ notice is required to pause or cancel a scheduled service week. Late cancellations will be charged in full due to reserved time and potential grocery sourcing. Right to Refuse or Discontinue Service Dig’N Culinary reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if the working environment is unsafe, unsanitary, or not aligned with agreed expectations. Agreement By completing your booking, you acknowledge and agree to the terms outlined in this policy.
